What is escrow protection?
Escrow means your payment is held by GameTrust (not the seller) until you confirm the account is as described. If anything is wrong, you can raise a dispute and get a refund. The seller only receives funds after you verify — or after 72 hours if you don't respond.
What happens if the seller doesn't upload credentials?
Sellers have 2 hours to upload account credentials after a purchase. If they fail, the order is auto-refunded to you completely. We also flag sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver — protecting the community.
How do payouts work for sellers?
After the buyer confirms delivery (or 72 hours pass without a dispute), earnings land in your GameTrust wallet instantly. You can then withdraw via UPI, bank transfer, Paytm, or PhonePe. Minimum withdrawal is ₹500, processed within 1–2 business days.
Is KYC mandatory to sell?
KYC is not mandatory to start selling, but it unlocks the ✅ Verified badge (which increases buyer trust significantly), access to the affiliate program, and removes withdrawal limits. You can complete KYC with Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport.
What if I have a dispute with a buyer?
Disputes are reviewed by our admin team within 24 hours. Both parties can submit evidence. We look at credential upload logs, account screenshots, and buyer activity before making a verdict. Repeated fraudulent dispute attempts result in account suspension.
How does the referral/affiliate program work?
Boosted sellers earn 2% and Elite sellers earn 3% commission on every completed purchase made through their referral link. There's no cap on earnings or referrals. KYC verification is required to activate the affiliate dashboard and withdraw commissions.
